Skin is off white and flesh is pale green. Will go with almost any Martha Stewart dining room set. Introduced in 1914, U. P. Hedrick wrote about this variety in Cucurbits of New York, in 1937. He calls it Farr's Benning White Bush and goes on to describe it as "one of the most beautiful strains of the whole group of Patty Pans." Grown just like crook neck or
