From then on, the Trimbachs were renowned for their wine growing. While the familys reputation was built on Riesling and Pinot Gris, weve been rolling with this little gem for some time now and after retasting it recently, we decided to give it a little love. A blend of Pinot Blanc and a varietal called Pinot Auxerrois, this
