1785-1840's WESLEYAN & METHODIST Autograph & Holograph Collection - John Wesley, George Dawson, &c Americana Very rare copy of his64 autograph items originating from the estate of the Grime family. James Grime had been a close personal friend of Adam Clarke and other early Methodists. Most of the present seem to have been obtained in person if in the autograph book and largely assembled by Grime if not. A total of 30 items loose and note included in the album, though some still addressed to the Grime family. The album, that of Emily Grime, James' daughter, includes 34
