It fastens at the neck back with concealed poppers at the top of the mock fly opening & at the side with silver metal 'Prym' zip
a small hole on the chest & scattered mottled marks on the back - there is a small hole to the edge of the ivory side of the collar (arrowed) which is more or less hidden when the collar is down
