Anderson' for a Captain Bell, presumably of the Highland Light Infantry or perhaps the Seaforth Highlanders, for both of whom it was the regimental tartan. They are cut in the correct manner with no outside leg seams, have flat fronts with frogmouth pockets, high rise fishtail back, button fly, braces buttons, & full turn
