戶河內威士忌係近年推出嘅威士忌品牌，由「中國釀造」嚟。呢度嘅「中國」唔係指中國大陸，而係指日本嘅廣島一帶。呢間公司創建喺1918年10月，係一間有百年歷史嘅老店。中國釀造之前都推出過一系列暢銷嘅燒酎、梅酒同清酒。佢地底下嘅「櫻尾蒸餾所」喺2017年完工，希望將呢個地方作為櫻尾琴酒同戶河內威士忌嘅生產基地，將更高質素嘅日本酒推廣出去全世界。

餘韻方面：留下泥炭、菸葉的辛辣煙燻橡木調，同時你還可以品嚐到鮮明的無花果和水梨軟糖的風味。

Then the distillery aged the Winter malt in only the finest first fill bourbon barrels. On the nose there is sweet honey smoke, chocolate caramel slice, vanilla bean and toffee. In the mouth notes of bitter dark chocolate and cocoa beans, mingle beautifully
